- A native of Tallahassee, Chip spent many summer days and weekends on Cape San Blas while growing up.Taken with the natural and romantic scenery, he decided to propose marriage to his beautiful wife Deborah on its shores at sunset. After years of owning and running successful businesses, Chip and Deborah decided to chase their dream of living at the world's most beautiful beach and created Paradise Vacation Rentals. When he isn't working, Chip enjoys the time he spends boating and golfing with friends and family. Both Chip and Deborah enjoy being involved in every aspect of creating the perfect vacation and the many friends they have made in their years on Cape San Blas. Welcome to all!
